💡 Measuring tips
- Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger, and at room temperature.
- Avoid measuring right after exercise, a hot shower or when your hands are cold.
- Use a thin strip of paper or non-stretchy string. Mark where the ends overlap and measure the length with a ruler.
- The ring must slide over your knuckle but stay snug at the base of your finger.
- Measure 2 to 3 times on different days and use the average.
- Already own a ring that fits? Measure its inside diameter (edge to edge across the hole) and use the “Ring diameter” method.
Sizes are estimates and can vary slightly between jewelers. For expensive or custom rings, have a jeweler measure you.
