📏 How to measure
- Chest (men): wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. Keep it level and breathe normally.
- Bust (women): measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a non-padded bra. The tape should be level at the back.
- Underbust: measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust.
- Wear thin clothing or measure over underwear. Keep the tape snug, not tight.
- Measure twice. If you get two different numbers, use the larger one.
