- Height: stand straight, without shoes, against a wall.
- Chest: wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits. Keep it level and snug.
- Weight: optional, but it improves the result when you don’t know your chest size.
- Chest width (pit to pit): on a hoodie you own, lay it flat and measure straight across under the armpits.
